The beet should be raw and grated. :)

Nothing of my innovations , just minute observations of the Chaat I happen to eat everywhere :P

Also last tip, sprinkle salt on the served shev-batata pooris and some drops of lemon juice.! It would definately taste awesome!! :) *mouth waters*Manashrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09756896345093363295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1285090018675525682.post-75988361140395121992012-07-27T08:13:27.697-04:002012-07-27T08:13:27.697-04:00Thanks all, your comment means the world to me, th...Thanks all, your comment means the world to me, thanks for the comment.
@ Manasi,Thanks again ga, you are a true darling watching out for me. my Spell gaurdian angel aahes in true sense
@ Mana, point noted, next time I make pani poori, , would definately include this tikka red chutney and will hunt for green mangoes now, the beets are raw or boiled, let me know.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11926168857944333545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1285090018675525682.post-10736255148616062402012-07-27T00:20:37.074-04:002012-07-27T00:20:37.074-04:00Superb Ash Taai... :)

Just grind this into fine paste and add water to lessen the concentrate and salt to taste. This can make it even more tastier.

2)The flat puris can be used instead of puffed ones.

3) We can add grated beet and raw mangoes in their season to enhance the flavor.Manashrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09756896345093363295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1285090018675525682.post-53564281385622464752012-07-26T21:17:30.403-04:002012-07-26T21:17:30.403-04:00OMG mouth-drooling sev batata puri...
